In what way is the app and website not working, what is happening when you use either ?

I am trying to look at the offers and joining sky to and broadband (I am already a mobile customer)

when I click on the services to join, it just says .. but this has been happening for the past few weeks, the same happens on the website

Sadly this does happen for some reason so the only way around it will be to call Sky and have them place the order for you, when calling say nothing when asked any questions by the bot.

I just prefer not to talk over the phone as I get all flustered so wanted to do it via an online platform

If it isn't working for you then you will be unable to join online so this is your only option if you do not have a Sky Store nearby to you that you could use to sign up to Sky.
