&lt;P&gt;This is an error message that has been posted on here many times but I have never seen a soloution posted so to see if they can help you with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;This isn't a live chat so replies may not be instant.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>When try and use Sky VIP e.g. enter competitions, I keep getting an error message - your email address is already registered - and can't get past that page. Anyone had that issue and know how to fix it? Call centres were stumped...</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Many thanks!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Got a solution - I simply need to use any other email address to get to next page, then can change back to my normal email address before submitting.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Not ideal, but it's a known issue they are trying to fix.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
