      <description>&lt;P&gt;This is infuriating. Like, Sky's customer service is so bad they have non-sky employee users&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;wasting&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;people's time on these forums under the guise of being a 'superuser'.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It's like Sky have gone out their way to make getting help or info from them even harder.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Typically this advise is backed up by links from Skys own help documentation ( which can be quite hard to traverse and find the info you want).&lt;/P&gt;</description>

That's the whole point. In a large number of cases help from fellow customers prevents the question setter needing to call Sky.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
