Unable to get PAC number

Urgent PAC number ongoing request since Sunday 24 3. 25. I have spoken to 23 representatives.

Dear Dky mobile team.

I'm writing to follow up on yet another unresolved issue regarding my wife's PAC number request.

Today 26th March, I spent over a hour with your team. I was informed my request was passed to another department and that I would receive a phone call before the end of her shift. The phone call or PAC never came. This is beyond frustrating. I have had to contact your team repeatedly only to have brocken promises and no progress made. My wife's PAC number is still unresolved.

Please treat this as a formal complaint re the repeated mishandling of this matter.

I have phoned you on several occasions emailed you direct only to get a automated reply referring me to this platform.

Your customer service is worse than appalling. HELP . SKY CUSTOMER 33YEARS
