Android scores app Issue - Not loading any articles (live or regular)

Hi All

I've been experiencing similar issues to the below post but I note that this was closed as there were no discussions about issues with articles.

I've been experiencing an issue for the last 6 months where regular articles will display a blank screen until I clear the cache within the android settings. This resolves the issue for a few hours but then it's back to not loading articles again. These articles can be regular articles or live articles.

Device: Samsung S24 Ultra

Android version: 14

One Ui version: 6.1

Scores app Version: 7.4.4

Issues like this can be reported directly to Sky's apps team via this email address - apps@sky.uk

It is unlikely to be fixed anytime soon but might within a future update.

Same issue here.

Reported it but still no resolution.

Been going on for many months.

Sort it out sky. You will lose many people to other apps!
