Black Screen Display on Sky Website: Browser Troubleshooting Required?

Hi Everyone,
Iam noticing that while browsing the Sky website, the page occasionally goes entirely black screen without warning, forcing me to refresh.

I have updated my browser, cleared cache and cookies, yet the problem persists. Has anyone else encountered this issue or found a browser-specific fix? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

To see if it is an issue with your browser try using different one to see what happens.

I already tried on using other browser also, still iam facing that black screen issuse, gave me any suggestions to resolve my black screen issue .

A block setting on your ISP (some kind of parental control)?
