The Sky app and webste are infuriating. I can never get past the post code check. The post code is correct. I have reinstalled the app and cleared the cache. Why does it keep doing it?

If you have logged in with your email address and password, this postcode check is completely unnecessary

Are you trying to set the account up on the app for the first time as you shouldn't have to keep providing the postcode each time you login.
