      <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm trying to order Sky Stream however when I hit the button to place order and do my card verification it comes up, "sorry we are having some technical difficulties. Please try again later.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've tried it 3 or 4 times and it hasn't work at all. Any suggestions&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
