Super 6 account issues.

Wine i create a super six account, i accidentally used the wrong First name. I tried to change it, but it wouldn't let me. So I closed the account hoping i could create another account to change the name. However, it didn't delete the account, it just closed it. So now I can't access my old account or create a new one. Is there a way of deleting the old account so I can creat a new one?

I'm getting the same problem too but that link unfortunately asked you to login or options to use forgot user name or forgot pin. You then end up going round in circles. I did manage to email them but they say click the forgot pin or user name. I need a way of completely end all my information that Super 6 hold for me so l can create a new account. So frustrating, l just need to get into my account so l can edit it and change user name or pin or email address whatever is causing the problem.
