Sky vip ballot

When trying to enter a ballot on Sky VIP it keeps saying my email adress is already registered and not allowing me to enter the ballot. I have tried deleting the app and reinstalling it and I still have the same issue.

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this, so if the bubble hasn't appeared by 7pm it will be tomorrow that they will contact you by it:

When the chat bubble does appear you will have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. To start the conversation just type in it.

This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.

As you can see from the post above you @Greenfingers001 from Sky sent you the chat invite at 8.40 yesterday morning, you should see it in the form of a bubble at the bottom of this page, it will remain open until 8.40 on Friday morning.
