Sky VIP rewards not working

I am having issues accessing Sky VIP rewards and have done everything logged out. Uninstalled and reinstalled but still nothing any help with this would be great.

Just takes back to Sky vip Home Screen and not direct to the offers after clicking join now.

Have you tried deleting the app then installing it again ?

Ignoring the VIP section does the rest of the app work so can you view your account and bill via it ?

Yep everything else works just not vip

All you can do is to report this issue to the apps team at Sky to see if they can help, this is their email address - apps@sky.uk
