&lt;P&gt;To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you sometime tomorrow morning regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I got a new phone&amp;nbsp;recently&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;and when I try&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;to&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;log&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;in&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;to&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;MySky&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;app&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;it has a let's get started page... I click continue and enter my email and password which are accepted.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;I am then taken to a page asking for my postcode but when I enter that I get a message stating&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;"An error occurred, please check the details or try again later"&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;I have been trying for several days now and still can't login.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;HELP!!&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;</description>
