I'm not aware that it applies to me. I have had an offer before so am a returning customer. Didn't see anything about no the number of codes I'm allowed. It doesn't say either what is the maximum number. How can I find out?

I think all you can do here is to ask Apple about this as that appears to be an error related to your Apple account.

Are you already in a "free" period with an Apple TV + subscription?

I know from experience that the code can't be applied if you are already in a free trial period for Apple TV+ from another code/offer.
