I have subscribed to Apple TV+.

I have scanned the code but nothing is happening beyond getting to the continue page and then the whirring wheel. Have turned off and restarted iPhone and iPad. Checked broadband and Wi-Fi and supposedly all good. Any suggestions? Thank you

Do you want to start at the beginning as I'm not sure what you are trying to do, are you taking up an offer for Apple TV and trying to get the app working on those devices ?

Hi, I signed up for the free trial but have also subscribed. Went to app on tv, scanned the code with my iPhone and iPad signed in using appleid but then did not get beyond continue on either device.
