Are you saying you don't see the VIP section as it should be at the bottom right when you are on the home page of the app.

No I am saying that when I click on VIP, and scroll down to "cinema tickets" and others, "giveaways" is not there for me to redeem what I have on it .

They are there for me on the main page of Sky VIP, so you shouldn't need to go via the Giveaway section, have you tried this by scrolling right down to the bottom of the main page ?

on VIP, there are "competitions, shows & attractions, sports tickets, weekend movie,cinema tickets, VIP lounge, then there should be giveaways, but it's not there.

Under VIP Lounges I have "Your Vue Tickets for October".

Are you are a Sky Cinema customer who isn't on a trial with this ?

I am not a sky cinema customer, but i am a sky customer. My question is the givaway is missing from my app, it has nothing to do with being a sky cinema customer. Or does it?

I won a year's subscription to paramount+ which expires on 19th october to redeem, I went on my app today to do that by following the link, but the giveaway I won has dissappeared before the expiry date.

Thanks for explaining this a bit clearer, certain section like the free cinema tickets don't apply as you are not a Sky Cinema customer however you should be able to redeem the Pararmount offer so as you are unable to then you might need to call Sky about this.
