Sky Sports+ App - Honor 9 Tablet... HELP!

Hi all

I am at the end of my tether now! Just cannot get Sky Sports+ working on my Honor 9 android tablet! I can use Sky Go and watch anything and it works, I can use SkySports+ App on my phone in my house and it works so I know it's not my router WiFi etc but it just won't play any live video (can watch the clips no problem)

I have tried everything and now it's just becoming very annoying as again I'm paying for Skysports but can't watch anything on the SkySports+ streams.

Can anyone help at all please?

There is no Sky Sports+ app so are you trying to install the Sky Sports app and if so what version of Android is it running and what is happening when you try to play live video ?

Hi, sorry for the very slow reply, been away!

I know there's no SS+ app, its the Sky Sports app I'm referring to, still getting the same error, even did a full factory reset on the tablet to see if that helped, it didn't.

Works perfect on my mobile phone on Wifi, 5g, work wifi etc, but the tablet just wont work at all.

What I don't get is the Sky Go app works perfectly on the same tablet?!? so I can watch the live Sports channels, but as a Lincoln City supported most games are on the new SS+ service and I can't watch them on Sky Go, only the Sky Sports app.
