Has Sky recently contacted all relevant customers requesting them that due to Recent System Change, they must update Direct Debit details

Hi @Steve6410 Does the email start with Dear (your name) or Dear customer? Either way sounds like a phishing email to me.

@Steve6410 yes, there has been a recent mailing exercise in regard to direct debits. To be safe, don't use any links in the email, just go to your Sky billing details and update it from there.

Is there also a link in this email that says you need to use to go to your account because if so it could well be a scam email.
