I was sent a message and email regarding my bank details which are correct but apparently you need something else?

Can you let me know exactly what's wrong?

All the bills have been paid properly up till now.

If you are new to the forum or this is your first post then welcome to the Community, which is predominantly made up of Sky customers helping other Sky customers. You aren’t talking to Sky by posting here.

Are you 100% sure the message and email were really from Sky and not the start of a scam?

Yes I'm sure. I also called Sky and they directed me to Sky.com/viewaccount but it's not obvious what I'm supposed to change...

@VallenduukRuth check that the bank account holder name you've provided is the same as the details the bank holds for you (no missing initial, second name, spelling, for example).
