Terrible installation and staff

Fitters were shocking. Broadband and TV NOT WORKING. Installer was in the toilet for 30 minyboth days .

asleep on the floor . Huffing and puffing all day. Nothing working now and cannot complain. I have terminal cancer yet the tel contact asked me constantly to keep trying things. Spoke in a foreign accent and was impossible to understand. It is the worst experience I have ever had re installing a system. I am terminallly ill as I mentioned and need broadband and tv. Almost impossible to get this problem fixed.
