    <description>&lt;P&gt;Contacted sky 10 days ago as I have terminated my sky tv subscription and requested my £855 credit to be refunded which was agreed and they informed me will be refunded in 3-5 days - still not refunded my account states will be used against my broadband package when I clearly informed 3 times that I want refund- I have also informed 4 x to cancel my tv package but I still have sky tv even it terminated on 18th sept&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;If you cancelled on 18 September you are still in the 31 day notice period. and services should stop on 18 October. Refunds after cancelling a subscription should normally take about 6 weeks from the last day of connection, although posts on here suggest it’s taking longer.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Where did such a large credit come from?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If it was compensation and you still have broadband then it will be used as credit whilst you have an active account as it won't be refunded (unless it was specifically agreed by Sky).&lt;/P&gt;</description>
