I spoke with 2 sky representatives this week about an outstanding payment. They said they would take payment by dd. Can you confirm if this is going to happen or do I need to make a once off payment

Hi @Jane244 Sorry, this is not Sky customer services. Please see Welcome below for information about this public community. The normal advise is to never make a manual payent unless requested to do so by Sky.

@Jane244 nobody here can confirm that, I'm afraid. We're customers like you. However, if that's what Sky have told you, I wouldn't make an additional manual payment, as the direct debit may still also be taken. If you need to make a manual payment, Sky will notify you.
