Charged for something I cancelled in June

Renewed my contract , cancelled sky talk weekends and evenings in June and changed it to just sky talk . but still being charged £9 for sky talk and weekends it since June . After one complaint after another, constant phone calls they are telling me there's a glitch in their system , so now I've got to with for another 14 days . It's getting frustrating

It's gone through their CRM department . So I'll wait and see what happens next.,
