I left sky a month ago they switched of my services before I signed up with virgin now I'm being billed for a new contract

@Amanda318 this is a bit disjointed. How did you leave Sky - did you contact them to give notice to cancel? Or did you switch to Virgin? Which services? Tv? Broadband?

What services did you have with Sky?
If just broadband then did you use the quick switch service or manually inform Sky to terminate/cancel the service?
If you also had TV service then did you contact Sky to cancel that too?
When you cancelled did you receive any confirmation email/s which show when the services would be terminated?

I contacted sky to leave when my contract ended virgin also contacted them.noe I'm getting emails from sky saying I owe them money for a new contract.im so mad with them. It was a nightmare trying to talk to them before I left

I spent days talking to sky it was difficult. No one listened to me. I told them to cancel my subscription.i signed up with virgin and they also contacted sky on my behalf.i was switched of before virgin was installed.noe im being billed from sky for a new contract

@Amanda318 You would've needed to click on the chat icon which is a blue-ish colour to join the chat. If this didn't show then disable any adblocker on your device or browser.
