If you are new to the forum then welcome to the Community, which is predominantly made up of Sky customers helping other Sky customers. You aren’t talking to Sky by posting here.

Payments should be automatically paid via either the direct debit or the continuous card payment you've set up as required by the T's and C's you've agreed to. Additional payment aren't necessary.

May we ask why you are trying to make a payment, so are you trying to do this against a credit agreement for a mobile device or for Sky Glass ?
