Debit no sky installation

I have had money taking out of my account on the 3rd of Sept.

I do not have Sky TV or Sky Broadband

Still waiting on installtion.

Spoke with a number of so called assistants still waiting on a response.

Not a very good start.

@AT09 What Sky TV package did you order? If Sky Glass or Sky Stream, then the service activates ( and you start paying) either when you set up the device or 21 days after delivery, whichever happens first.
