Update address - delivery failed

I have just switched to Sky and am awaiitng the delivery of my Sky products. Today Royal Mail tried to deliver my Sky Puck but couldn't as the delivery address is incomplete, so they have returned the product to Sky.

I need to update my address to add my house number (I live in a block of flats) so I can have my products delivered. How can I go about getting my house number added - it won't let me update it in my account online?

You will need to call to get this address amended.

Thank you Caesarome, is there any number for this? I've trawled the internet but can't seem to find one to contact.

@arobbo93 Phone numbers can't be published on the forum. However if you scroll down to the bottom of the page and click the contact us button, if you follow the help flow it should eventually lead to a phone number being provided.
