I upgraded my iPhone in June and returned my old phone.
I'm still paying for the old phone because it's been lost in transit between PO and DPD and I haven't got any POP.
It has occurred to me that I might have used the new phones return label by mistake. Do they all go back to the same address?
Currently I owe £250.

You did the right thing by using the return label that came with your new phone as this is for returning devices.

Retirned devices are sent via Roual Mail only so DPD has nothing to do either this.

If there is an outstanding amount to pay against the d drive then this will be adddx to a future bill to be paid off via it.

To say that I am confused is an understatement. I was told that my old iPhone was lost between Royal Mail and DPD by a Sky expert, so that's why I thought it was what happened. Sadly that isn't proof that it was posted because I was then accused of attempting to defraud, the suggestion being that I could've posted a block of chocolate back to Sky rather than the phone. It seems to be that the customer is always wrong.
Don't even mention the shambles that is happening with my Sky Max installation and wifi coverage. I'm waiting for the booster to arrive to link most of my in house devices to the new kit. It's going to cost £6 per month extra to the quoted price, which is money that I don't want to spend but hey.....
