I see ye have put a new charge for sky signature discount of 4.80 which means my bill will be 41.40 instead of what I'm paying know at the moment with discount which is 36.80 so therefore there's no way my lowhousehold budget can swize that extra amount So therefore you going to loose valuable coustomer that's be with ye for years

You are not talking to other customers here and not Sky. If you are not in the minimum term of a contract you are free to give Sky 31 days notice to cancel.

If you it because discount has finished for sky signature because it was not for the whole of you minimum term, that price of signature has increase and , but you contract is still in a minimum term which appears to be the case if you are still receiving some discount for sky signature Sky may not allow you to cancel until the end of this minimum term, and if they did they would probably charge you a termination fee equal to the amount you would payed from the date of cancellation to end date of your minimum term.

The period of you your discount should have been included in thecemail confirming your contract offer when you first took out you Sky tv contract. Also the dates of all discounts are shown against each item on your Sky monthly bill, so you should been aware when this discount was finishing.

Only the annual increse to the list price package is the only time you could cancel with in your minimum term without termination fee being imposed. If this increase is not that but just the fact that a discount has finished unfortunately as explained above you will probably not be unable cancel till the end of the minimum term

This is a new charge sky has brought out for sky signature

So what in are you to on about.

Some customers are seeing price increases but the letter details your right to cancel, even if in contract

It seems you are being asked to upgrade or pay additionally for something you are not expecting, but I am not clear what.

Please can you tell us what you are trying to watch (including which Series and episode) , what message(s) you are getting and which platform you are using (SKY HD or SKY Q - I am guessing not Glass/Stream as you mention Signature)

So one of their packages the ultimate TV package new customers strangers wouldn't get charged any upfront fee and get charged nothing whatsoever and would get the package for 27 a month , but if your already a customer and choose that package you get charge and extra fee thats an absolute disgrace goes to show sky gives nothing to their loyal customers. No way I'm staying with them anymore, I'm giving my 30 days notice when it comes to end of contract in February. Why pay for all the channels when a combo box can be purchased in sound store to get all the channels for free for life, which is what I'll be getting.. They think it's ok to put a price hick in signature in the middle of contract but if we as customers wanted to leave in the middle of a contract it's fine, well @Sky IRELAND You can have it both ways,

@Sinead15 You raised this previously so i've merged your 2 other threads to your original one, please don't create multiple threads on the community as it is unhelpful.

Your issues is also unrelated to the Sky Go app where you posted your 2 recent posts.

You're not tagging Sky by using the @ sky tag as that is a customer who has unwisely made that user name, as advised in your original post you're only telling other customers.

Free-to-air channels, yes.

Any non-branded device offering subscription channels is illegal.
