Credit not showing

I was advised I would recieve a credit in my account after last months bill but the credit is not showing and next bill is due soon.

Any one can advise if this will just come off whem bill is produced or will I need to ring again.

I recieved an email so have got the proof I am due a credit.

that does it show on the October bill ?
