No. Your online bill should show you. Compare it to a previous bill.

Only you see your Sky bill via the MySky app so what does this £20 say it is for or are you saying your bill itself has increased by this amount ?

@Jango1 unfortunately, as we're customers here, we have no idea. However if you check the details of your bill, you should see what it's for. www.sky.com/bill
