Early termination penalty

Hi, wondering if anyone can help me, I was paying £135 pcm to sky and terminated my contact around late July, it took me forever to actually find a sky team member to do so and i paid a termination fee of £147 over the phone on the 7th August. I was told to bag up the necessary equipment etc.., for collection and did so, I've just received a threat to pay £199 early termination penalty by sky within 10 days or face a debt collection agency and have no contact number to dispute this. If anyone can help I'd be very grateful, I'm currently on my holiday which doesn't help matters when it comes to calling sky!!!

Was tv and sport package, my billing page ssys balance 0.00 and account suspended. The sky employee I talked to on the phone early August told me this £146 I was to pay was to clear everything including early termination,

Also on my make a payment page in account and billings section it reads nothing to pay and balance 0.

@Ben99 have you returned Sky's equipment ? They don't collect it.
