Can't access account due to the two authentication being the wrong number it's been two weeks now how do I make a complaint if I can't access my account can't even see my bills

@Nicola260 you'll need to call to sort out the 2 step verification issue, if you can't log in.

You might need access to the old number so see if you can change it here:

https://id.sky.com/mfa/manage

If you can't do it here then as @Mark39 has posyed you will need to call Sky.
