I have sky tv essential whats £7 a month but this month its £11.50? Why has it gone up?

I have sky tv essential whats on offer for £7 a month with the puck thing, but on the bill theres another thing added called sky tv essential-19 days whats £4.29 extra and idk what it is lol. I dont mind as its only a few quid but I dont get what it is

Looking at you bill you are now being bill a extra £12.87 a month for your Sky essential package which though you have only been charged for 19days.

what we can't see if both amounts cover the same period? You can see that by clicking on the little "I" against each amount however you should not be paying twice as that bill indicates for the same subscription unless you have changed your payment date and that bill covers more than just one month.

Hi @Ste93e The bill is covering 50 days (19+31) for some reason. Have you changed your payment date?
