Can you take my late payment off i as previously requested im a v.i.p customer for 10 years and my bill is over due and paying in full on the 22nd September its late due to illness now im back at work

If you are new to the forum then welcome to the Community which is predominantly made up of Sky customers helping other Sky customers. You aren’t actually talking to Sky by posting on here.

Sky are unlikely to remove the late payment fee as your payment was late.

Are your services restricted yet?

Sorry @Craighopps but we are customers here like you.

I'm afraid your length or time you have been with Sky counts for nothing when it comes to paying the bills on time as neither does the VIP status of which every customer has so Sky are within their rights to apply a late payment fee reagrdless of what your pesonal circumstances are.

@Craighopps whatever the reason, your payment is still overdue....
