I'm not very happy I've just seen my bill for the month and was 170 pound I was told my bills would go down to 117 pound I would like this rectified pls and a refund made or I will have no choice in opting out of sky

@Kath6858 Does your bill cover different billimg periods, if you ecently negotiated a new deal this will affect the following bills which may be higher, also what do your future bills show.

PS threats to leave Sky won't have any affect as we are all customers here.

What does what will be next month show as depending on when you agreed this £117 with Sky it might have been to late for it to be added to this one. If the future bills are also wrong then as we are customers here you will need to speak to them again.
