Having issues with our business account.

Hi,

I have tried on multiple occasions to resolve the issues with the interface between Sky and Facebook, but unfortunately I have still been unable to get it working correctly.

Since taking out the contract, we have not received any posters, which was one of the things we were expecting as part of the service.

I am also unable to change the address on the website, despite trying on several occasions.

Could you please look into these issues and let me know how they can be resolved? I would appreciate it if someone could assist me with getting everything working as it should.

You aren’t talking to Sky by posting here. If you are new to the forum then welcome to the Community which is predominantly made up of Sky customers helping other Sky customers.

Subscriptions discussed here are domestic services not a business account. I have no idea what posters you're referring to.

You need to contact Sky Business. I don't have a number to hand and anyway the forum does not allow the posting of phone numbers.

Thank you. I hate the way sky deal with customers. They are so difficult to get in contact with and obviously dont realy care about their customers. Feeling frustrated

Googling Contact Sky For Business brings up contact numbers.
