&lt;P&gt;Your post is a little confusing so are you saying your services were restricted&amp;nbsp;so you moved to another supplier, if so are you were in a contract then that is why you have been charged an early termination fee.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

When you signed up you agreed to a 24 month fixed term contract if you left during that period the contract allows Sky to charge cancellation charges. &lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Legally it is your responsibility to read what you sign up for and Sky will have emailed you the contract. The contract allows a 31 day cooling off period and if the service is unsatisfactory Sky usually waive the charges if the customer complains and gives them a reasonable opportunity to sort the issue.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
