I keep getting a message saying "You will soon lose your Sky channels. To keep viewing go to sky.com/myaccount". My account is up-to-date, I have a Direct Debit setup etc... I spoke to Sky a while back who said to just ignore it, but it keeps coming back.

I also get "To continue viewing please call Sky on [removed]"

Nope, not sorted. Sky just say ignore it, but its really annoying.

I'm now getting a message flashing at the top of the screen telling me that I need to upgrade to view recordings. It's very brief but concerning.

Did you ever find a fix for this? Ours has been doing it for ages, but is doing it more and more frequently now. It's so annoying.

What sort of Sky subscription do you have and how lin have you had it . Also what type of Sky box do you have ?
