I paid my bill on the 5th and now it is saying I haven't and I am overdue which makes no sense. I joined sky at 21st of July and I paid on the 5th August and have to pay again on the 21st August but this means I am paying twice for one month

If you are new to Sky then you are billed twice in your first month as your first bill covers the period from your activation up to the second bill and the second one covers the next 4 weeks as you can read about here under the "When you'll be charged for your first bills" section::

After that second bill you will then be billed monthly.

Hi I can't pay on the 16th can I pay on the 5th I had too pay 88.45 for my water bill today

@Sashalouise Sky don't offer promises to pay for their subscription services, if you pay via direct debit then they will retry 10 days later if they can't take the amount on the scheduled payment date, otherwise, they will likely restrict services after a couple of days if the bill is overdue via an automated process.

I can't pay on the 16th I can't pay till the 5th cause I don't get paid until the 5th all my other bills cost me more

Hi need help with my sky mobile bill I got too pay 34 on the 16th September I don't get paid until the 5th Oct
