Once the contract is finished and equipment returned will I receive my account credit back?

Contract's don't 'finish' unless you explicitly cancel them.

Once you've cancelled and returned any hardware then the credit will usually be returned within 6 weeks. (But once the credit shows on your account you may wish to chase Sky to process it quicker)

When you see the credit post back on here on what will have been your billing date then we can get you some help to get the credit refunded.
