Was given compensation and was told it would be in my bank account but I haven't received anything and had a message to say it in my billing account can't find it

You aren’t talking to Sky by posting here. If you are new to the forum then welcome to the Community which is predominantly made up of Sky customers helping other Sky customers which includes additional help from customers who are Superusers like myself.

What was this compensation for?

Compensation isn't usually automatically refunded as it should appear on your bill as a credit so do you see this because if you do it will be used against your next bill until it has been all used up.

If it isn't appearing on your bill then have a look at the next one.
