Hello I registered my interest for SKY lounge months ago

It is still saying I'm on the waiting list what does this mean?

My concert is in 2 days!

I'd imagine the waiting list is just an ordered list of customers on a first come first serve basis for the situation where those that successfully booked access to the VIP lounge can't make it and cancel their booking, so their access can be reallocated to whoever is next on the waiting list.
