I have a overdue payment of £20 which i will be paying this Friday (11th) . Tried telling the chat bot but it didn't understand me.

You aren’t talking to Sky by posting here. If you are new to the forum then welcome to the Community which is predominantly made up of Sky customers helping other Sky customers which includes additional help from customers who are Superusers like myself.

Are your services already restricted?

Manually paying it may cause issues if you have a DD.

(It will automatically attempt recollection after 10 days - making a manual payment in this period will not clear your current bill)
