It looks my bill is payed and i received a mail with overdue bill i dont know why , i need an aswer rrgarding this matter.

You aren’t talking to Sky by posting here. If you are new to the forum then welcome to the Community which is predominantly made up of Sky customers helping other Sky customers which includes additional help from customers who are Superusers like myself.

When is your normal billing date, when was this payment made and how was it paid; direct debit or continuous card payment?

Did you manually pay the bill or did Sky take the funds as they should be able to do ?
