It will likely be too late for this months payment. It's worth pointing out...

Bills for Sky Q, Sky+, and Sky Broadband/Talk are generated 14 days before your payment date.

Bills for Sky Mobile, Sky Glass and Stream are generated 3 days beforehand.

If you are a new customer you have to let two payments go through before you can change the date.

See this link. Any change could also change the amount payable as a bill will end up being for a period longer than the usual 4 weeks.

You can change the date yourself from your account. (It doesn't just change the date - it recalculates too and may create a higher or lower next bill)

However, it may be too late to change it now for the next collection.

If you pay be DD then a failed collection will be reattempted after 10 days - this may help?
