@Olubunmi Regardless of your card being forzen you can set up a direct debit on your account and pay that way as that is how Sky expect you to pay https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-mobile-bills-and-payments-change-payment-details

I cannot do direct debit now until new card comes. Meanwhile, payment will be due before the new card comes. How do I make the payment?

Direct Debits use a sort code and account number - not a card number...

Why is your card frozen? That shouldn't normally prevent direct debits.

You do realise you're talking to other customers and not Sky?

If you do not have a payment card (or bank account details to set up a direct debit) then you won't be able to pay. Your account will be restricted and you may incur late payment charges. If you have a device plan then a late payment may impact your credit file.

All you need is your bank account number and the sort code, you do not need a card to set this up.

If the underlying bank account is not frozen (just the debit card) then a DD will still work.

Hi @Olubunmi There should be no problem setting up online payment details as most banks recognise that the new card details are required immediately. Open your banking App, and it should show your new card number, expiry date and CCV.

As explained you do not need a card to set up a direct debit . For that the only information is required is the name of your, the bank, your banks sort code and your bank account number,

How do normally check your bank account to see what going in and out of your account.
Do you use a bank app, look on line or do you get monthly statements.

Any of these will include the above information I have highlighted above to set up a direct debit debit. In fact you must have used this information to order your new card as that is the way you bank know who you are.
