Moving home on the 15th of September, I want to ask if there is anything that is needed to be done. Also does the fiber work in Ketley area?

@Tomimo24 No one here knows what services you have as you've not said, no one can tell you if you can get full fibre at your new adddress as we don't know where it is.

You can check if Full Fibre on the Openreach Network is available at your new address here https://www.openreach.com/broadband-network/fibre-availability

Or if your in a CityFibre area here https://cityfibre.com/

If you have Sky Q and/or Broadband you'll need to book a home move here https://www.sky.com/help/articles/home-move

you'll need to give at least 10 working days notice for broadband (not including weekends and public holidays), Sky Q may be longer and depends on installer availability.
