Hello, id like to change my direct debit to the 1st of every month starting from next month please, for both direct debits that come out of my account

You can do this yourself either via the MySky app or online here:

https://www.sky.com/bill

Your next bills after doing this could be more as they might cover a longer date period due to the date change but the following ones should be back to normal.

Also be aware that if you are a new customer you have to let two payments go through before you can change the date.
