Suspended account

My mobile account has been suspended although my payments are up to date and my account shows I have no outstanding balance to pay in the my sky app. I can't use live chat as it's unavailable and I can't ring out on my phone to sky as it's blocked for outgoing calls

When you try to make a call does it say your acciunt is suspended ?

Hi @JudgeTuxedo01 They may be up to date now, but have they ever been in arrears?
