Payment holiday

Hi, ive looked into what you call a payment holiday. My mobile phone, earbuds and galaxy watch are on a device plan with yourselves. And ive had some unexpected car bills. So would it be possible to pause my payments. You've taken one the end of Aug that hasn't come out yet. Would it be possible to just pay the mobile sim plans and put the devices on a payment holiday as I'm contacting everybody too see If this possible just till I get the garage paid for my car. Many thanks any help would be appreciated

@Nurtonc1997 Afaik only the mobile phone would be eligible for the payment holiday which you would need to call on 150 to arrange

on the same call I would enquire about the earbuds and watch but I'm pretty sure that they are excluded

sim plans must continue to be paid regardless

It might be possible to include the accessories if they are on a credit agreement that you are still paying each month:
